My current projects connect methodological developments in statistics and AI with challenging questions arising from single-cell and spatial biology, often through collaborative research programs.
AI4scMed
Artificial Intelligence for Single-Cell Based Medicine
A PEPR Santé Numérique project focused on methodological foundations for single-cell based medicine. The project develops statistical and AI methods for robust inference, integration and interpretation of single-cell data.
SpaceTranscriptomix
I develop statistical methodology for spatial transcriptomics and spatially resolved single-cell data, combining kernel methods, point processes and spatial statistics to characterize tissue organization and molecular variability with application to Pituitary tumors (with P. Bertolino, CRCL).
SingleStatOmics — previous project
The ANR SingleStatOmics project developed statistical learning approaches for single-cell data, including probabilistic models, dimension reduction, optimal transport and integration methods.
